One of the most common complaints we here from people is ‘I’m struggling with my confidence’. Whilst this is often a self imposed avoidance strategy from stepping into our power, confidence and credibility go hand in hand.
Fear that we do not have credibilty, centres around the notion that others will not believe in us or our product/ service, and signifys our own self doubt.
